My Orchard Street Studio

This compact and stylish studio apartment, situated on historic Orchard Street in the fashionable Lower East Side of Manhattan is available as a hotel alternative for your short stay in Manhattan.

It is a tastefully designed walk-up studio on the 4th floor of a new building. It has great light, wood floors covered with sisal carpeting, double bed with luxury linens, air-conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, marble-floored bathroom with plenty of clean towels, writing desk with cable internet for your laptop, surround-sound stereo (BYOIP), local TV with DVD player, and a spacious 350 sq ft private terrace. Every amenity you need.

Just one block to the F Train makes it convenient to get anywhere in the city.

In addition, the apartment is within easy walking distance to:

*Galleries, shops, new restaurants and lounges of the LES
*Chinatown
*Nolita
*Soho
*East Village

Rates

I rent the apartment for $150 per night, which includes all taxes, shipping fees and pre-arrival and post-departure maid services. The apartment can be rented anywhere from 5 nights to 3 weeks, based on availability. Incremental discounts are calculated for longer stays (over 7 nights) and will be indicated on your agreement form.

Requirements & Procedures

You must be a single person or a couple and be a good fit for the apartment. No pets, parties, children, or cigarettes (although I love them all, just not in the apartment). It certainly helps if you have visited the city before, but it's not necessary. International visitors are welcome, I've had many guests from Australia, France, Spain, all over the world...

If you are viewing this blog most likely you are have already been considered a good fit, so read on...
